76 Percent of Internet users will be watching online video by 2015
A new report by eMarketer says viewing of entertainment content on the Internet is increasing rapidly, predicting that by 2015 some 76 percent of Internet users will be watching online video each month, more than 92 million viewers in all. In 2009, that number stood at 44 million.

Cisco says that global mobile data traffic grew 2.6-fold in 2010. That's three years in a row that mobile data nearly tripled. Video was 49.8% of mobile data at the end of 2010 and Cisco believes it will grow to 52.8% this year and be 66.4% in 2015.

A new study from Jun Group, a premier social video company, shows that shorter videos are more likely to be shared by viewers than longer videos, people share videos on Facebook 218% more than through Twitter and email combined, and women share 30% more than men.
