The shoot lasts about an hour and a half. You won’t need to close your business as the process is designed to fit within normal business hours.

A professional filmmaker from our network will arrive on the scheduled day and time. (S)he will spend about 10-15 minutes talking about the shoot and asking questions about your business.

Your filmmaker will interview you and any employees and customers you'd like in the video. (S)he will then film shots of your business in action.

Once the shoot is complete, the filmmaker assembles the footage to tell a compelling story, including adding music, titles, and all the elements that make TurnHere videos so effective.

Our expert quality assurance team reviews the video and ensures that it meets TurnHere’s high standards.

When your video is ready, you’ll receive a link to your personal video preview room where you can watch it online and give feedback on any changes you want.

You’ll have 10 days after we send you the preview room to approve your video or request changes.

If we don’t hear from you within the 10-day review period, we’ll approve your video for you and you’ll have access online to all the items you have ordered.

After you approve your video, you’ll get our easy-to-install video player so you can add your video to your website and your own video business page optimized to get you more exposure on search engines.

We’ll also distribute your video across our online distribution network – putting your video just a mouse-click away from customers on top video and search sites.
